OK, first, I have to say that getting from MS is absolutely horrid. This should be MUCH more convenient than it currently is. When I bought this program, I was told I'd have unlimited access to . Little did I know how hard it would be to find. OK, on to the problem: When I put a in the planner, it lets me set the payment I want to make every month and I can flip back and forth between when I want to pay it off and how much I want to pay. However, when I go to see the payment schedule, it automatically adds $1,000 to the first monthly payment I have to make. How do I fix this? I keep trying to change it, but it just keeps doing it. I can't make a payment that big. If I could, I'd have the stupid thing paid off by now. It's not a huge deal, but it dramatically changes when I can have a bill paid off -- or when I think I can have a bill paid off. Thanks for your .

I believe this is one of the "little" bugs in the program. Most of us just work around it. Remember, if you are trying to get the program to give you the "right" answer as you understand it, then you are really just looking for confirmation of what you believe. In 80% of the time, your own calculation is probably correct. Good luck. Steve

Have you tried resetting the plan in tools:options:planners? If that doesn't work, make sure that all is in an open account, under the credit limit and not set to be paid off each month (not a charge card). -- "Zen" <zenofwrit@netscape.net- wrote in news - OK, first, I have to say that getting from MS is - absolutely horrid.
