Anyone heard of the debt reduction company JP Landis?

Today I received an interesting offer in the mail fto improve my credit score for Free, with an office address in Irvine CA. They offered me a consolidation loan of up to $20,500 to pay off credit card debts. Here's the odd part: If I accepted their "100% Recovery Program Multiplier" loan, I could pay off $20,500 in credit card in three years by making payments of $385.30 a month. Anyone with a calculator can see that 385.30 x 36 doesn't add up to $20,500 or anywhere near it. It comes to just under 14K. The only thing I can think of is that their 385.30 payments aren't monthly - they didn't *say* they were scheduled monthly, so I am assuming the worst possible scenario. Earlier in the letter, a table illustrated how long it would take to pay off a $20K credit card with payments of $512 a month. Perhaps they were assuming that consumers would think their repayment program also featured monthly payments when it calls for more frequent ones. This offer came in one of those brown envelopes to make it look like a federal government check, so it has "scam" written all over it. I just can't figure out the math behind the scam. Plus, the letter had no small print with details of the loan they were offering me. I surfed around for "JP Landis" but came up empty. Any guesses?
